Modi’s ‘security lapse’: Incident ‘rarest of rare cases’, Centre tells Supreme Court

The Centre on Friday told the SC that the alleged security lapse during PM Modi's visit to Punjab was the " rarest of the rare " cases that had caused embarrassment even internationally. 

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court that a car that travels in front of the PM’s cavalcade saw the SP having tea with the protestors.
