MP’s CM Yadav broke the decades-old myth, will he lose power?

The new Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadav spent the night at his house in Geeta Colony, Ujjain, on 16 December breaking a decades-old myth that a person sitting on the throne loses power at night and hence cannot spend the night in Ujjain. Yadav said that this myth was part of the Scindia royal family’s political strategy. Maharaj Scindia made political events in ancient times and wanted to shift his capital from Ujjain to Gwalior.
