Mullaperiyar: Water level reaches 141.4ft

According to the data released by officials from Kerala, the water level remained at 141.4ft throughout the day. However, officials said after 2 pm on Thursday, Tamil Nadu stopped fetching water to its areas through tunnel discharge. Kerala officials monitoring the dam’s water said TN was following the same pattern in managing the water level as in the past by making it a point to take the dam’s water level to 142ft.
