Mumbai:'96% of Covid-19 patients on oxygen support are unvaccinated'

Mumbai’s civic body, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, on Friday said that 96% of Covid-19 patients in the city’s hospitals who need oxygen support are unvaccinated.

“Otherwise, we have seen so far that vaccinated people are not reaching ICUs.” Mumbai has 22,222 active beds for Covid-19 patients, including oxygen, intensive care unit and ventilator beds.
