New Wage Code: How will it change your salary structure?

The New Wage Code is all set to get implemented soon in the country after all the states notify rules under it. As and when the Code gets implemented, it will change your salary structure completely. For eg., as per the new rules, basic pay will be at least 50 per cent of the overall salary.
