Nokia has today launched its new budget smartphone Nokia C31 in India. The Nokia C31 is the successor to the previously launched C21 Plus. Nokia C31 comes in two storage variants. The C31 flaunts a 6.745-inch display with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It features a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch at the top of the display.
