Young shuttlers Unnati Hooda and Priyanshu Rajawat produced impressive results in the women’s and men’s singles events respectively at the Odisha Open badminton tournament in Cuttack on Friday.

In one of the most significant results of the day that came in the women’s singles quarterfinal, 14-year-old Hooda handed fellow Indian Samiya Imad Farooqui a 21-10 21-15 defeat in 26 minutes.
