Understanding the emancipatory value of education, Scindia Maharajas not only excelled in educating themselves but also promoted it as the solution for socio-economic problems plaguing their dominion. Recognising the admirable work of successive Scindia Maharajas in the field of education, especially Jiwajirao M Scindia, his statue will be unveiled at Jiwaji University by the Honourable Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankar, on December 15.
