OYO likely to file for $1.2 billion IPO next week

Hospitality firm OYO is planning to raise between $1 billion to 1.2 billion through an initial public offering and is expected to file the draft red herring prospectus with SEBI next week, sources told PTI on Thursday.

Last week, shareholders of Oravel Stays, the parent company of OYO, had approved the conversion of firm from a private limited company to a public limited company, according to a regulatory filing.
