Pani Puri Sellers' No-Touch Dispensing Machine Is A Hit

A Pani-Puri seller based in Raipur, Chattisgarh has devised a machine that seems ideal for serving street-food in the post-Covid era.

The automatic Pani Puri machine is basically a no-touch contraption that works entirely on sensors. As soon as the machine detects the Puri placed beneath it, water spouts out of the machine. There were three different kinds of Pani for the Puris – garlic Jal Jeera, Dhaniya Pudina, and Khatta Meetha.
