The Parliament on Wednesday passed a bill that seeks to make the investigation of crime more expeditious and increase the conviction rate.
Rajya Sabha passed Criminal Procedure (Identification) Bill, 2022, the bill on Wednesday after a reply by Home Minister Amit Shah. Lok Sabha passed the bill on April 4.
