PM Dials Russian President Putin

Prime Minister Narendra Modi dialled Russian president Vladimir Putin today, appealing for an immediate end to the violence in Ukraine that started this morning.
A statement from the Prime Minister's Office said PM Modi called for "concerted efforts from all sides to return to the path of diplomatic negotiations and dialogue," said a statement from his office.
