PM Modi hits out at Rahul Gandhi for calling Varanasi youth 'drug addicts'

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, during his ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ had said that in Varanasi he observed some youths inebriated, lying on the streets, and dancing at night. In a sharp attack on the Congress leader, who was once fielded against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014, the PM said he was shocked at Gandhi’s remarks about the youth of Varanasi. Modi added the speed of development of Varanasi has increased in the last 10 years.
