A photo emerged showing PM Modi and Airports Authority of India (AAI) chairman Sanjeev Kumar examining a development map of Surat International Airport that appears to differ significantly from the official Surat Airport Master Plan 2035. The image, widely shared online, has sparked concerns about potential misinformation presented to the PM during his visit to inaugurate the airport’s expanded terminal building on December 17, 2023.
