Pune: Hive disturbed, bees attack 11 Sinhagad fort picnickers

At least 11 weekend picnickers were injured after they were stung by a swarm of bees on Sinhagad fort on Sunday afternoon.
The group of picnickers was taking photographs around 2 pm near Kalyan Darwaja on the fort when one of them climbed a nearby tree for a better angle. When he did so, a branch snapped and disturbed the beehive on it, triggering the attack.
