Puri artist creates stunning idol of Lord Ganesha with matchsticks to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi

In order to commemorate Ganesh Chaturthi on September 10, artist Saswat Ranjan Sahoo from Puri made an idol of Lord Ganesha with matchsticks. To make the idol, around 5621 matchsticks were used by Saswat Ranjan Sahoo. The width of the idol is 22 inches and its length is 23 inches.
Around 5621 matchsticks were used to make the idol. Saswat took eight days to make the idol.
