RBI approves Prashant Kumar's appointment as Yes Bank CEO for 3 years

The RBI has approved the appointment of Prashant Kumar as MD and CEO of Yes Bank for 3 years with effect from October 6, 2022.
Earlier the alternate Board of the private sector lender had recommended to the RBI for its approval, the appointment of Kumar as MD and CEO of the Bank for a period of three years.
