Reliance Industries to consider issuance of USD denominates fixed rate notes 

Reliance Industries announced that the finance committee of the board of directors will meet on 01 January 2022 for considering the issuance of senior unsecured USD denominated fixed-rate notes.

The proceeds from the issuance of the notes will be utilized primarily for refinancing of existing borrowings.
