Rohit Sharma equals Ricky Ponting’s record of ODI hundreds

The century was long awaited for Rohit Sharma but the Indian skipper doesn't seem to be perturbed as he predicted the 'big one is just around the corner' ahead of the third ODI against New Zealand. The 35-year-old Rohit slammed an 83-ball hundred which is his first in ODIs since January 2020 and his second against New Zealand. Rohit's 30th ODI ton in his 241st match also pits him alongside former Australian skipper Ricky Ponting, who also has the same number of centuries in 375 games.
