Michael O’Leary, CEO of Ryanair, one of the largest low-cost carriers in the world, said the airline has been voicing its concerns over the quality of Boeing aircrafts for the past 18 months. “We were finding little things like spanners under the floorboards, in some cases, seat handles missing, things like that,” the CEO said. Ryanair’s fleet of over 1,000 aircraft is made up almost exclusively of Boeing aeroplanes, apart from 27 Airbus A320s.
