School bus collides with another bus on Pilibhit-Basti NH, students injured

At 3:45 pm, the bus of Akal Academy School of Puranpur reached Jara village of Gajraula area on Pilibhit-Basti National Highway to return the children after the holidays when a private passenger bus came at high speed and hit the school bus from the front. Around half a dozen children were injured and were taken to the hospital for treatment. The accident also led to a jam on the highway. The driver of the private passenger fled from the spot.
