Section 144 CrPC implemented in Noida ahead of Ramzan, Ram Navami

Restrictions have been imposed in Noida ahead of the festive season. Section 144 CrPC will remain in force in Gautam Buddh Nagar district from April 1 to April 30 in view of the upcoming Ramzan, Ram Navami, Ambedkar Jayanti, and High School/Inter examinations and General Legislative Council elections 2022, etc.
The order has been issued to maintain peace and harmony in the district during this period.
