Sensex, Nifty rise about 2% tracking positive global peers

Mumbai: Domestic equity indices rebounded up to 2 percent on Wednesday in line with higher global shares as easing crude oil prices calmed investor jitters ahead of key US Fed decision.
The broader NSE Nifty had dropped 208.30 points or 1.23 percent to settle the day at 16,663. Investors eyed volatile oil prices, Ukraine-Russia peace talks, and the Federal Reserve decision.
