Online travel brand marketers, over the years, have used Social Media Marketing (SMM) effectively to create the right buzz around their brand. Through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest ads travel brand marketers have used SMM to reach targeted audiences. But it becomes a cumbersome process for travellers to discover an offering on one platform and purchase it on another. It's time for leaders in the online travel industry to think in the same direction.
