In the first test match of the two test series between India and Bangladesh, Captain KL Rahul and Virat Kohli got out cheaply in the first innings. Shreyas Iyer, on the other hand, scored a first-innings half-century and with it he moved to the top for Team India’s most runs in a single year (most runs in 2022). Shreyas Iyer has now become the highest run scorer for the Indian team.
