Special train from Chennai to TVM via Kollam-Sengottai rail line from tomorrow

The Chennai-Tambaram-Kochuveli special holiday train service will commence its maiden journey on Thursday via the Kollam-Punalur-Sengottai route. The service will be available twice a week until June 29. The train, which operates with 14 Third AC Economy coaches out of a total of 16 coaches, marks the first service from Thiruvananthapuram to Chennai after the broad-gauge was adopted in the Sengottai route.
