SpiceJet Surges As Airline Plans Fund Raising

Shares of low-cost carrier SpiceJet Ltd rose up to 3 per cent on Wednesday morning trade after the airline said it was looking to raise funds and ahead of the board meeting to consider Q4FY22 earnings.

SpiceJet Chairman and Managing Director Ajay Singh said the airline is looking to raise funds to the tune of Rs 2,000 cr.
