Start-ups will be promoted to facilitate ‘Drone Shakti’, says Nirmala Sitharaman

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday said that start-ups will be promoted to facilitate ‘Drone Shakti’ through varied applications and drones as a service as she presented Union Budget for 2022-23 in Lok Sabha.
She also announced that a fund, raised under the co-investment model, will be facilitated through NABARD to finance startups for agriculture and rural enterprise relevant for farm produce value chain.
