Wear sunglasses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Hydration is a must to maintain moisture in your eyes, preventing dryness and irritation. Avoid stepping out in the sun or at peak hours of the day. If you must step out, stay in the shade as much as possible when outdoors. Include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins C and E, zinc, and lutein in your diet. Go for regular eye checkups to detect and address any issues early on.
