A suspected food poisoning incident from a restaurant at Moonnupeedika, Thrissur claimed the life of a woman in Perinjanam who had been undergoing treatment at Thrissur Medical College Hospital after experiencing discomfort following a meal of Kuzhimandi from the restaurant. It is reported that around 85 people were affected by the suspected food poisoning at Zain Hotel. Initial reports indicate that only those who booked takeaways were affected.
