Telangana: DCA seizes banned Etolar-P meds from Karimnagar

Officials from the Drugs Control Administration (DCA) detected a banned medicine Etolar-P tablets (Etodolac & Paracetamol tablets) that were being sold illegally in the market and seized stocks of the same. It was manufactured by Dr Edwin Medilabs Private Limited, from Punjab and marketed by Surewin Healthcare, based in Panchkula, Haryana. The Government banned the drug in 2018 due to the potential risks of this fixed-dose combination.
