Telangana HC asks Congress strategist to appear before police

In a setback to Congress party’s election strategist Sunil Kanugolu, the Telangana High Court on Tuesday directed him to appear before Hyderabad police in connection with the alleged derogatory social media posts against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his family members. The high court dismissed Sunil’s petition challenging the summons issued by cybercrime police to him for questioning but directed the police not to arrest him.
