The worst for Indian startups yet to come say experts

Things are not as bright for the Indian startup ecosystem as they were last year. According to the latest report by IVCA-EY, Indian startups raised only $1.6 billion in April 2022. This is almost half of the capital raised in April 2021. The segment which thrived during the pandemic is now facing the brunt of the Russia-Ukraine war, leading to a slowdown in their capital raising ability.
