The Chief Justice of India, Hon'ble Dr. Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, made a significant statement on Tuesday during the hearing of a same-sex marriage case in the Supreme Court. He stated that there is no such thing as an absolute concept of biological man and woman. A five-judge Constitution Bench, headed by CJI Chandrachud, is hearing the petitions seeking legal recognition for same-sex marriage.
