TikTok sues Donald Trump over alleged security concerns

TikTok said on Monday that "we simply have no choice" but to sue the Trump administration over the executive order banning transactions in the United States with the popular short-form video-sharing app.

TikTok said the Trump administration violated its constitutional right to due process by banning the company without notice.
