It has been two months since the violence in Manipur started on 3rd May. If we put the events of the last six months in sequence, we will find that N Biren Singh led Manipur government systematically instigated Kuki-Zo population so that they carry out at least one act of vandalism so that the entire blame for starting the violence can be put on the minority Kuki-Zo population.
