Uttarakhand: Kumbh Mela witnesses low footfall of devotees amid COVID-19 scare

This year’s Kumbh Mela is witnessing a low footfall of devotees at Har Ki Pauri ghat in Haridwar amid the COVID-19 scare.
Many devotees arrived for Kumbh without a COVID-19 test report. Those who arrive without a report will be tested on the spot and allowed to proceed only after their coronavirus report turns out to be negative.
