Veena George denies medical negligence in Paul’s case, wild animal attack

The daughter of Paul, (49), a Pakkam native and a Vana Samrakshana Samithi staffer at Kuruvadweep who died on Friday following a wild elephant attack in Wayanad on Thursday, alleged that her father did not receive adequate medical aid. Health Minister Veena George refuted any medical negligence and said the doctors were directed to take all possible measures to save his life. A report has been sought from them as well, she added.
