Strawberry legs, medically known as Keratosis Pilaris, are characterised by tiny, reddish, acne-like bumps on the legs, arms, shoulders, and upper back. This condition occurs when hair follicles become clogged with a protein called keratin, resulting in blocked follicles and the appearance of dark spots. Several factors contribute to it like excess sebum production and conditions like folliculitis, which is the inflammation of hair follicles due to infections.
