Replacing your morning cuppa now and then with an antioxidant-rich green alternative may prove to be beneficial in the long run.

For those who may be unaware of its existence, green coffee is simply raw coffee beans before they are roasted and processed. Coffee beans lose much of their biologically active properties during processing. Green coffee is milder in flavour (because it’s not roasted) but more refreshing. Green coffee is also rich in polyphenols which have antioxidant properties, known to be good for the skin.
