Woman killed as BMW rams two-wheeler; CM Shinde assures justice

The accident happened around 5:30 am on Annie Besant Road as the luxury car's driver lost control, according to local police. As per media reports, the BMW car was driven by Mihir Shah, the son of Palghar Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah. Rajesh Shah said he had learned about the hit-and-run case involving his son but was waiting for further details. The victim, identified as Kaveri Nakhwa, 45, was riding with her husband, Pradip Nakhwa.
