Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo are in talks to manufacture phones in India and export them globally

Three Chinese smartphone pioneers are reportedly in talks with Indian smartphone manufacturers about making phones locally and selling them to the global markets. 

Xiaomi is in talks with Dixon Technologies, while Oppo and Vivo are consulting with Lava. If this plan works out, we can see Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo all slap the ‘Assembled in India’ tag on their devices.
