Your card is not disabled, it is a scam and they want to steal your money

In recent years, cybercrime has grown considerably as technology. We are exposed to a wide variety of formats that different groups that operate try to steal our data and, ultimately, also our money. The latest case has come from the National Police who used its X account, formerly Twitter, to report the last scam which is affecting a large number of citizens. This is a new method, that uses identity theft, to inform us that our card has been disabled as a result of security changes.
