YouTube will now hide public dislike counts on videos

YouTube has rolled out a much-needed update that will be highly beneficial for the creators across the music site. The company has announced that it would stop displaying dislike counts on videos.

The company says that this step would protect the creators from targeted harassment. This does not mean that users will not see the dislike button or will not be able to use it, it just means that the dislike count would not be visible to the visitors.
